1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SleepWell, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

SleepWell is an ambient sleep and focus application that provides soothing sounds, sleep tracking, and relaxation features. The app is developed and operated by Senkron Bilisim Yazilim.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 13 years of age to use this service

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Some features require a paid subscription managed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Refunds are handled according to Apple/Google store policies

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Share your account credentials with third parties

6. Intellectual Property

All content, sounds, designs, and code in SleepWell are owned by Senkron Bilisim Yazilim and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Health Disclaimer

SleepWell is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. Sleep data provided by the app is for informational purposes only. Consult a healthcare professional for medical advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

SleepWell is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
