How do I create an account?

You can sign up using your email address, Google account, or Apple ID from the login screen.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your device’s app store:

iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → SleepWell
Android: Google Play Store → Subscriptions → SleepWell

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data.

The app is crashing. What should I do?

Make sure you have the latest version from the App Store / Play Store
Try closing and reopening the app
Restart your device
If the issue persists, email us with your device model and OS version

How does sleep tracking work?

SleepWell integrates with Apple HealthKit (iOS) and Health Connect (Android) to read and record your sleep data. Grant the required permissions when prompted.

Can I use SleepWell offline?

Yes, downloaded sounds can be played offline. However, account sync and new content require an internet connection.
